The Club of Skopje has been established in order to raise awareness of the universality of fundamental human rights & international law, to advance social and economic development across the world and to strengthen intercultural relations between peoples and their communities.
The Club of Skopje is therefore dedicated to promoting democracy, global peace and all that comes with it such as human rights, equality, development & prosperity, non-violence and beyond.
Spearheaded by an international group of senior politicians with the support of experts from the fields of diplomacy, academia, and civil society, the Club of Skopje organises regular international conferences, academic programs, interdisciplinary research and the promotion of diverse initiatives.
The Club of Skopje is led by the Office of President Gjorge Ivanov (4th President of the Republic of Macedonia 2009-19), the International Center Alliance of Civilizations and the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy.
